The third and smallest bitumen production facility is situated in The Hague region managed by Colas Ltd, a French construction material major. With nameplate capacity of only 500,000 metric tons per year, The Hague plant focuses on local Dutch and Belgian bitumen . The facility sources vacuum bottom stream from neighbouring Colas refinery and upgrades it into paving grade and oxidation grade bitumen.
