·         Acknowledgment - The disposition of effectively perceiving that things are how they are, regardless of whether they aren't the manner in which we believe they should be.

·         Giving up - The mentality that is something contrary to gripping or getting a handle on. Giving up implies tolerating that things that are lovely will end, in a way of leaving things alone as they are.

·         Appreciation - The mentality of valuing even the least difficult things right now, like the essential programmed working of the body.
