  Method 1

Launch HP Scan and Print Expert

Step 1:

Launch HP Print and Scan Doctor; get it from the official website if you don't already have it.

Step 2:

To allow the software to make changes, click the downloaded file and then select Yes.

step 3:

When you click Start, the product search will begin.

Step 4:

Click Next after making your product selection from the list.

Step 5:

To troubleshoot the issue, select Fix Printing and follow the on-screen instructions.

Method 2

Reinstall the printer's software after uninstalling it

Step 1:

When you perform a right-click on the Windows icon, choose Settings.

Step 2:

Select Printers & Scanners after clicking Bluetooth & Devices.

Step 3:

To continue, choose your printer, click Remove, and then click Yes.

Step 4:

Take the printer out of the wireless network and PC.

Step 5:

To access Add or Remove Programs, click the taskbar search button, type in its name, then click.

Step 6:

Find the program that has your printer's name on it by scrolling down; then, click the Menu button next to it and choose Uninstall.

Step 7:

If you receive a confirmation message, click Uninstall once again.

Step 8:

To enable the program to make modifications, click Yes. Then, wait for the uninstall process to be completed.

Step 9:

Restart the computer after you're done.

Step 10:

Go to the official HP website, download, and install your printer's driver.
